Post editing in frontend dont work

    Can’t edit my posts within Frontend. After clicking on “edit post”, a blank form is coming up with an error message. In german it says: “Beim Laden ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Aktualisiere bitte die Seite und versuche es erneut.” But when reloading page nothing changes. In Forum I read smth. about Beep beep boop. Seems to be a new editor. How can I restore to the old one. That one worked fine for me. Need help ungently. Many Thx, Conrad.

    Hi there. You can check whether you’re seeing the new editor by checking the URL: https://wordpress.com/post/

    If that’s the URL in your browser then you are stuck in the new editor. The classic editor is still available from your dashboard. Go to your dashboard and click on Posts ->Add New to create a new post and Posts ->All Posts to edit existing posts.

    You can also try the following: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in to WordPress.com and click the new post button in the Reader. Wait for the new editor to load. Then look for the link to the classic editor that should appear top-right. If you click on that and your browser has cookies enabled, it will remember your preference and take you to the old editor automatically next time.
