Post editor jumps to top of page

    I have just started to have a problem where I am unable to edit a post without the page jumping to the top of the page. In other words, for every edit I make (even if it just a single space), the post editor jumps to the top of the page. This occurs in the new editor, but not the classic editor. However, I prefer to use the new editor with the SEO options. I have researched for a while online without any luck. Have others had this issue and resolved the problem?

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
