Post Editor Not Working

    Hi,

    For some reason, I can’t seem to edit my post properly. I can’t add photos (when I click “add media” button, nothing happens). When I type on the visual editor and save the draft, the text disappears. I can’t type on the text editor at all.
    When I tried editing posts on other computers, it works perfectly fine.

    Hi @thechristiemeyer! :)

    Please try deactivating your plugins and test your Post Editor again. If it’s working fine, try activating your plugins one by one and check the Post Editor to see if there’s any plugin that’s causing the issue.

    Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and also make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. That usually resolves this problem: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

    Can you also check what happens if you use a different browser on the same computer?

    We cannot use plugins on WordPress.com, so there are no plugins that the OP can de-activate. If you meant browser add-ons, please be more specific.
