Post Editor Not Working Properly
-
For some reason, the wordpress.com post editor is not working properly – none of the editing buttons are showing. The page loads, but the editor box remains gray and the buttons (ex. add picture, add URL, text color, alignment, spellcheck) do not appear.
This has happened before, and I was told to deleate my internet history and reopen the page. That time it worked, this time it doesn’t. Any advice?

Please read this and act on it http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/04/12/the-editor-has-gone/
If following the FAQs instructions does not resolve the problem then please provide more information such as your operating system and the browser and version of it that you use. -
Delete the history? That’s a new one to me.
It’s actually should be clear your browser’s file and cookie cache and do a forced reload of your browser. FAQ. please try that and get back with us with the results.
What browser, browser version and OS are you running by the way?
Hope this helps,

Sometimes. Depends on the browser really.
I for one wish the stop button in IE would work. :)

I am new to the site – I have an account but I don’t know how to blog and I cant see a menu that allows me to blog. Where is it? It may be obvious but I can’t see it. What page is it on?

When you signed up with wordpress, did you sign up for a blog or just a username? If you signed up for a blog, what is the URL of the blog you signed up for?
