Post Email Notifications Stopped Workly?
-
Can anyone explain why all of a sudden the post email notifications stopped getting sent to subscribers. I use the plug in SUBSCRIBE2. Help please.

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins so that means you are posting to the wrong support forum. The correct one is http://wordpress.ORG/support
WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences -
I do see that the blog linked to your username is a free hosted WordPress.com blog so please read these entries:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ -
Sorry it’s NOT a free site. I have the site on my own url.
Am I still posting to the incorrect support forum? -
Is this the blog in question or not? http://hdddevelopment.wordpress.com/
If it is then this is the correct support forum for you to post to.Who is hosting your blog on it’s own domain? That’s a key question to answer … read on and you will discover why. Many WordPress.com free hosted bloggers have purchased our own domain and domain mapping form WordPress.com. Doing that does not change anything in any other regard and the support documentation clearly states that:
Important Notes Before Upgrading
Same Rules Apply – The Domain Mapping Upgrade does not enable the permission to use advertising, any kind of prohibited code, or upload additional themes or plugins. With the upgrade, your blog will still be hosted here at WordPress.com, which means that you will not have FTP access to your files and you will still be required to abide by our Terms of Service. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/#important-notes-before-upgrading -

Answer is NO.
The post email notification was working fine for a few weeks then suddenly it stopped working? -
Subscribe2 is a WordPress.org plugin… curiously, I was looking at it just a short while ago over on wordpress.org.
@hdddevelopment – have you just switched over from a self-hosted blog to wordpress.com? If so, maybe you made the move expecting a plugin you had to work here. If so, it can’t as we can’t use plugins here. In that case you will definitely need to look at the wordpress.org forums:
If you are blogging on WordPress.com then these forums here are correct for your blog, but not if you use plugins.

@hdddevelopment
You are posting to the wrong support forum. The correct one for a site hosted by godaddy is here > http://wordpress.org/support -
Note that I posted this link in my first answer above WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences and best wishes with your WordPress.org install. :)

All caps is rude and DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT YOU ARE STILL IN THE WRONG FORUM
As noted above you should be over at WordPress.ORG
-
Caps was not meant to be rude just faster for me to type. I will switch over to the correct forum. Thanks

@hdddevelopment
Best wishes with your WordPress.org install. I’m sure the Volunteers on the support forums here http://wordpress.org/support will be able to assist you and I apologize for the unnecessary interjections into the communication we had going on originally between us. -
