Post excerpt instead of full post as search results

I want to use the Floral theme (I have Rowling now), but I don’t like how when you search on the floral theme, it shows results as full posts instead of the post preview excerpt thing like on the homepage or my current theme. Is there a way to change that?

Hi there,
I installed that theme and checked for you. In the Customizing section, there is an option that may address the snippet vs. full post issue.

Under “Content Options,” right at the top there is the option for Blog Display. You may choose between a full post or an excerpt for the blog and archive pages.

It changes it on the main page, but as search results still shows full posts. I think I’m going to change it anyways as I really like the theme, but if there is a way to change the results, that’s awesome. I found More Tags, but don’t want to go in and add that to 350 posts.
