Post Feedback Email – Custom Message

Tested out the draft feedback feature today. When the post was finally published, one of the feedback commenters received an email that read –
“Howdy!
Recently you were kind enough to give feedback on my draft.
It is now published! Thanks so much for your help.”
Where can I, or can I even change this message. The howdy is a little too informal.
