Post Filters

Hello, i have around 100 blog posts and i want to have all of them listed on a Page called “references” , but here is what i am struggling with, i want to have the option to filter these based on up to 4 things, like “Year” “Architect” “Company” “Type”, but so far i have found no way to set up anything like this. Does anyone have any plugins or smart ideas on how to make this possible?
