Post font in theme Twenty Ten
-
The post font is appearing as Times New Roman rather than Verdana on my wordpress blog. I checked the CSS and the default appears to be Verdana. Does anyone know why my posts are not in Verdana and how I can fix this?
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your posts are in Georgia (the default for 2010), not Times New Roman. If you want Verdana, you need to add this to your CSS:
body {font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;}
-
Given that the first code in the CSS is this —
* {
font:1em Verdana, ‘Lucida Grande’, ‘Lucida Sans Unicode’, Sans-Serif;
margin:0;
padding:0;
}why is the font in my posts appearing as “Georgia” rather than Verdana?
Also, what’s the best way to increase the font-size of my posts, and what’s controlling the font that appears in my blockquotes?
Thanks.

a) I don’t know. Maybe you’ve messed things up by pasting the whole stylesheet? You must paste only what you want changed – see here:
http://csswiz.wordpress.com/2009/10/15/if-you-have-the-wp-com-css-upgrade/b) Try this:
#content {font-size:16px;}c) What would you like to change in your blockquotes? It’s not a different font, it’s just italics.
