Post Format option has disappeared

    Is there a setting in the Dara theme that I’m unaware of that could mess up a setting?

    When I posted a new post recently, I noticed I couldn’t select a Post Format option under Post Settings…because it disappeared! I’ve tried clearing out my cache (in Chrome), logging out and then in, and even did a system cleanup. And it’s still not showing up! My other site (different theme than the Dara theme) had this happen temporarily but after I closed out my browser and did a history clearance before logging in again, it’s now working just fine. What’s happened?

    Hi!

    I installed and checked this theme and it seems that you are right and there is no possibility to select a Post Format in the Dara theme. If you need this option you can try another theme.

    Thanks Olga, you’re right. @sunnygal66 themes only display different post formats if they’re designed that way. Otherwise you’d select different formats but they’d still all display the same way.

    If you switch themes again to one that does support the same formats you were using before, your posts should keep those formats. I hope that helps.
