Post formats for Adelle not supported?

  I am using the Adelle theme and I am trying to prevent the full posts from being visible when you are endlessly scrolling. I have tried changing the posts to each and every post format that the theme “supports” and nothing is letting me change the format to be just a preview. I want people to be able to click on the title and be able to read the whole blog post, not just scroll endlessly while on the homepage. Is this possible? Is there something wrong with the post formats for Adelle?

  If you’d like to ensure that your readers are just being shown the preview of a post, then the best way to do so is through the use of the “more” tag. You can read all about how to use this right here:
