  I have been searching the support and forums both here and on Google. When trying to register my WordPress blog with Microsoft Word 2010 so I can blog directly from Word, I keep getting the message “Word cannot register your account.” One of my searches said to find Remote Publishing and enable XML-RPC. I don’t see this in “Writing”. All I see is publish via email. Can you give me some assistance?

  XML-RPC is always enabled on WordPress.com. This sounds like an issue with Word, and I recommend getting in touch with them.

  Alternatively, have you tried Windows Live Writer?
