post gone from trash

  i had a post in my trash that has been deleted, I’m desperate to retrieve it because i did not have text backed up anywhere. I had work don the text for best part of 6 months and have lost all my work. Pleas help I need the text from the trashed item please please help

  Trash empties automatically after 30 days, https://wordpress.com/support/trash/#trash-collection. Once deleted from the Trash, there is no way to recover the post or page.
