Post has unwanted background color
-
Hello. I just uploaded a new post. The problem:
* When I go to my blog address, that post has an unexpected (and unwanted) yellow background color. This never happened with any previous post.
* When I go directly to the post address, the appearance is normal black-on-white.
Blog address: http://rogueembryo.com/
Post address: http://rogueembryo.com/2013/12/04/robert-zend-1929-1985-poet-without-borders-preface-with-portraits/
NB: I do not have an advanced-feature blog (no upgrades).
Many thanks for any suggestions!
Camille

As you can see making the post a sticky post results in a yellow background. There is no free way to change the background color on a sticky post. But you can remove the “sticky” designation http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-postsSee here for details on purchasing the annually renewable custom and CSS editing:

Very helpful, thanks! The problem is I had *privately* published the post, which I think already placed it in chronological order, and then posted other stuff after that. So when I posted it, to make it rise to the top I made it sticky, resulting in the unwanted color.
Many thanks!
Camille
