Post Header Disappearing at "Random"

    Hey everyone,

    When loading/refreshing my WP Post Page, the header content (logo, post header image) often doesn’t load, and causes a large blank vertical space between top of page and start of post content.

    Does anyone have any ideas to why this might be happening? Page is primarily built with Elementor plug-in.

    Some notes/QA

    -Bug only appears on post page. Does not appear on home, or about page
    
- The bug is quite random, although appears the majority of the time. I’d say for every 10 refreshes, it occurs 6-7 times.
    
- When the page displays correctly it does not stay this way, the bug can reappear on the next refresh

    – The bug appears on desktop and mobile, on multiple users connected to different wifis/locations

    – Resetting cache etc does not fix the bug. Bug appears in private tabs/windows etc
    – In some cases the bug will also cause sections of the footer to disappear, but this seems less frequent

    Hi @lukespringuk, that’s odd. I wasn’t able to duplicate it here at all, even with several clicks around. I wish I’d been able to catch it to get more info!

    Next time you duplicate the issue, can you check the browser console for errors? Here’s how to gather that:

    If you’re comfortable with it, use Inspect Element too to see if the header code is loading, or whether it’s just the images missing.

    Also, do you know when this started?

    Lastly — are you aware you’re entitled to direct support? I’d imagine the chat team would also have a hard time duplicating it, but if there’s a specific issue with Elementor, for example, they’re more likely to be aware, since our forums crew usually works on free sites.
