post header not changing and other issues?

    1. Why cant I change my About page colouring at the top? That is customise it. The upload from my computer did not work.

    2. Why is the one with green colour in the header title come up when the post was deleted. I have another with black background and that too I want to change the colour from black to another. You seem to decide too much for us and not happy with this.

    3. I am not using the customised Book Lite, so why is it mentioned at the bottom of my site and side bar??? It is not updating changes at all. Also, I could not upload the customised Book Lite, so I dumped it and used my own at the time. Now I cannot this change either.

    The background color is set for all posts and pages. It is the same on the About page as it is on the Home page, and on this post: http://zvally.wordpress.com/category/romantic-comedy-fiction/.

    I’d be willing to wager that you are using Book Lite. If you go to the classic dashboard at https://zvally.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php, in the At a Glance section, it should say “WordPress.com running Book Lite theme.” You can also check you theme at dashboard > Appearance > Themes. Sometimes an attempt to change the theme may fail to complete. It happens to me, especially when I’m in a hurry and click on a link before the loading is complete.

    After you activate a theme, you may customize it. Not sure what you are referring to.

    Well, maybe that’s the problem. Did you attempt to switch to theme that isn’t among those approved for use on WordPress. The full list of available themes is here: http://theme.wordpress.com/.
