POst Header pictures

If I add a collection of photos to a post, how can I choose one of those photos to be the page header, rather than from the selection of header photos?

You can select any image of the appropriate size from your Media Library to become a header image.

Thanks for the response on this, which does not quite cover what I am looking for. I understand it is possible to set up a number of headers which can be used at random for the “front page”.
What I want to achieve is being able to choose a “sub-header” a header relevant to the photos in an individual post below the font page. If you look at the site yo will see what I mean. I don;t want a piece of “furniture” as the header for “Bits & bobs”.
