Hi there,
It sounds like you didn’t receive my reply to your other support request here:

Here’s how you can make that image full width:
By default, the maximum width for images and other media in posts using the McKinley theme is 700 pixels. There are a couple ways you can change that:
1. You can add the image as a Featured Image on the post. That way, the image will display wider.
2. You can customize the content width for images and other media on your site. To customize that content width, go to your My Blogs page and click the Customize link under the blog’s title. In the Customizer, open the CSS section and look for the “Content Width” setting there. You can enter the exact number of pixels (for example, 1000px) that you want full-size images to have on your site.
If you have any trouble with that, please reply here to let me know. :)

HI Ok I have tried both ways and it still doesn’t seem to want to work.
Cheers

Hi Erika,
Sorry about that, I see what’s happening now. That post is in an image format, which makes the featured image not show up on the post. If you change the post from image format to standard format, that will make the featured image appear above the post.
To change the post format, you can edit the post and look for the Format module. There, you can select Standard and then click the blue Update button to save the changes.
Please let me know if you run into any more trouble getting that image to show up the way you want it. :)
