Post in Dashboard but won't publish

  Hi,

  My blog is all set to be published in my website but when i go to view the post it is showing 404 can’t be found.

  I really need this to go out as i’m using it for my gym’s business. Can you please help ASAP?

  Hi Todd,

  The issue here is that your domain inlinefitnessclub.com.au isn’t pointed to WordPress.com. To fix this, you’ll need to change the name servers at your domain registrar (where you purchased the domain) to point them to WordPress.com.

  Hi Jeremy,

  I will try this now, but the website was working fine until i tried to update this post and then it fell down. any ideas why and how to prevent this in future?

  Hi Todd,

  I’m not entirely sure what happened with the post. Let’s get the domain up and running first, and then, we can troubleshoot the posting issue.

  Currently, it doesn’t look like the name servers on inlinefitnessclub.com.au. are pointed to WordPress.com just yet. Can you see if you can change them to the following at your Domain Registrar?

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Additionally, within your DNS settings (My Domains -> Edit Domain -> Edit DNS), you have an MX record that reads like this:

  inlinefitnessclub.com.au. handled by IP ADDRESS.

  I believe you’ll want to change that domain to either mail.inlinefitnessclub.com.au or another subdomain depending on your email provider. Could you take a look just to be sure?
