Post in static page

  Is there any way to include posts in a static page?

  For my home page, I want to integrated static content AND the list of recent posts from the dynamic home page.

  Thank you wpvstp. Perhaps, in future, there could be a shortcode that presents posts in a static page based on category, archive date, etc. Everything else is here … great!

  jocllier – have you looked at the category page? Have you looked at the archive page? I think what you are looking for is already there.
