Post known but not indexed on Bing

  Most of my posts have this problem: they are discovered by Bing but not crawled. (See the attached screenshot.)

  I have verified my site at https://www.bing.com/webmasters/home.

  What is wrong and what can be done to change this?

  Maybe related: why are there all these Disallow statements in the my robots.txt file:

  https://matjazcrnivec.net/robots.txt

  I obviously can’t change that file, since I am “only” on a Premium plan, not Business 😒
