Post layout

After publishing a post, it shows on a page in a short format requiring to click on ‘show more’ link. I want a single post to show in it’s entirety. I have been unsuccessful in playing with settings to make this happen. Any help would be appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Not all themes are designed to display full posts on the front page. In fact, most themes no longer do that but are designed to display front page post excerpts only.

https://wordpress.com/themes/gateway/Themes that provide automatic post excerpts on the front page followed by “read more” links like yours can sometimes be made to display full post through use of the excerpt box below the editor.
If you use a theme that automatically displays front page excerpts then here’s the workaround to compel the display of full posts on the front page. Edit the posts and look below the editor box to locate the excerpt module. You can control the length of the excerpt displayed on the front page and the exact excerpt that is displayed there. However, none of the HTML, for example, images and embeds will be active in your new full post excerpt.
You compose your whole post first and before you publish it you switch to the HTML (Text) editor, copy the code for what you wish to appear, paste it into the Excerpt box below the editor, and publish the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/excerpts/#creating-excerpts
If you want to create your own excerpt for each post then that will have to be done on every post.Alternatively, you can switch to using a theme that automatically displays front page excerpts. This is a list of only SOME active themes on WordPress.com that use the excerpt instead of full post content. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/theme-with-automatic-excerpts?replies=13#post-1396410

Edit: Alternatively, you can switch to using a theme that DOES NOT automatically displays front page excerpts.
