Post layout to navigate from one post to another…

  I have a similar theme to the one at this site: http://www.greenkitchenstories.com/picnic-food-cardamom-sunflower-muffins/
  I see at the sides of this blog there are large arrows that sit while the post slides and is read. These arrows allow the reader to go forward or backward to other posts.
  They also have photographs instead of just a post title under the word Browse at the end of each post.
  Is there a way to do this on my blog? http://www.justasmidgen.com

  Unfortunately, no. That theme is not available at WP.com and you can’t really edit any themes here to work that way as far as I’m aware.

  I don’t mind if I can’t get photos under “Browse” but I have seen another blog with those << >> that sit on either side of a post to navigate to the next or previous posts.. I’m sure that can be done here??

  ??? The theme you’re using has such navigation arrows.
