Post link that only shows date

    Can someone please help me. I saw these links in Google Search Console, and screaming frog, and have no idea what they are or how to remove them.

    They show the blog posts date, and image and snippet of the first paragraph, then when you click on the image it takes you to the blog post.

    What is it, and how can it be removed?
