Post links not updating

  My site is https://www.girlguidingepsom.org.uk/ hosted with green web page (previously fast hosts). I went to update the pdf link on this post page- https://www.girlguidingepsom.org.uk/little-acres/ but my changes aren’t saved and i get redirected to this page- https://www.girlguidingepsom.org.uk/wp-admin/post.php which is a 404.

  I’ve updated my wordpress and my apps to see if it fixes but it doesn’t, neither does editing the HTML.

  I changed from fast hosts about a year ago, but finally cancelled the fast hosts account about 6 weeks ago and this is the first time i’ve tried to update a link- could it be to do with that?

  I’ve also checked and my .htaccess file does exist, as i noticed that can cause issues with links sometimes.

  Any help would be most appreciated- thanks :)
