Post margin CSS correction code
-
My posts have a super large left margin, everything is off center and it’s killing me- anyone know of the CSS code to correct this?
Example post: https://katcaraway.com/2021/04/13/engagement-session-at-fairhope-italian-village-fairhope-pier-abby-hunt/

Hi there,
You can adjust that here, under the Additional CSS tab on the left:
https://wordpress.com/customize/katcaraway.comWhen you get there you will see a text box with some text in it. Create a new (blank) line, and paste in the following custom CSS code:
@media screen and (min-width: 1000px){ .no-sidebar .entry-body, .no-sidebar.single .without-featured-image>.entry-header { padding-left: 0; } }Once you save your changes you should no longer see the extra padding on the left side of blog posts.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

That worked but now my post title is still off center, do you by chance have a code for that? I have the page header aligned with custom CSS but now the actual post title is still off center.
And thank you for the support link, I didn’t even realize I had access to that, after this I’ll refer there if I have any other issues or questions. Thanks!

You would also need to add this to your Custom CSS:
.post-template-default #main .entry-header{ margin-left:0px; }That should do it! If you have further questions or need additional CSS help, please open a new support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
Cheers!
