Post meta to show up underneath post instead of beside it in Elemin theme

Hello,
Currently the date, author and ‘leave a comment’ section on my blog http://www.sartreuse.com appear on the left side of my posts, next to the post title. I would like to have it underneath each individual post (as most blogs have), but can’t seem to seem to find the right way to change this in CSS. I have the premium Elemin theme updated to the newest version. Does anyone know what I need to do? Thanks in advance!

It seems like your site is a self hosted site. Sorry, but this forum is for sites hosted on WordPress.com
