Post name is duplicated twice

Sorry, hard to explain my issue in the title or post.
I think the best way to explain would be to post an example,
URL: http://coolgamecity.wpengine.com/category/action/
As you can see, on each post the name is duplicated twice.
For example:
Bulletcar”>Bulletcar
1-i”>1-i
12 Swap”>12 SwapHow do I fix this without editing every single post in my database?
This also happens in my pages,
ie: http://coolgamecity.wpengine.com/contact/
Contact”>Contact -
