Also I believe I connected my site to facebook & twitter but nothing happens?

Hi Rebecca – That image is inserted into the page, but it’s not actually attached to it. If you look in the Media Library here, you’ll see it’s attached to a different page that has since been deleted:
https://mobilemondaysnyc.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.phpImages attach to the first post they’re uploaded to. To fix this, edit the post, delete the image, then re-upload it to that post again.

You are connected, but only posts are shared via publicize, not pages:

I am trying to set up the sign up form on the main page for a fanbridge sign up form. They have a wordpress plugin that only works with wordpress.org. & the HTML Flash code is stripped by wordpress for security reasons. How can I post a fanbridge sign up form on my main page & can I make a request to add the plugin for fanbridge.
see link a member from wordpress acknowledges neither solution is working. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/unable-to-insert-fanbridge-or-similar-form-into-wp-page?replies=3#post-480976
Thanks
Rebecca

Hi Eurello,
Happy New Year! I see the snow is gone on the website :(
this is the code for a hd video. how can i put this video on my main page with this code?
<div id=”fb-root”></div> <script>(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs); }(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));</script>
<div class=”fb-post” data-href=”https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152160298518767″ data-width=”466″><div class=”fb-xfbml-parse-ignore”>Post by Ultimate Breaks and Beats.</div></div> -
Hi Rebecca – Yep, the snow lasts only until Jan. 4th.
That code won’t work here at WordPress.com, as it has code that would be stripped out:
CodeYou can embed from Facebook in this way:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/facebook-embeds/If there isn’t a way to embed the video from Facebook, you could upload the same video on one of the services we do support embeds from, and then embed it from there:

Hi Eurello,
Is there a way to change the format on the dates? i want to delete the full year in the upcoming mm events so it just says the month & day.
-
Hi Rebecca,
Is there a way that the full title & date could be seen at the bottom of each of these sets. I don’t want the reader to have to click on it to read it, it should be there already.
It looks like it shows the title of the actual audio file by default, so you can also name your audio files as you want them to appear.
The second line is controlled by what’s entered in the ‘description’ field for each audio file; for example, here:
https://mobilemondaysnyc.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2975&action=editIf you want more of that to show on the line, try using small caps, removing the quotation marks, etc.

It looks like you’ve figured that out already. Awesome! :)

Thanks, also when I post this link on Facebook why doesn’t the 1st record Hollywood Dreaming show up as the image.
-
ok I figured that out by selecting the thumbnails.
but now it does not work this this entry. I can’t select the thumbnails & select the pics. -
Hi Rebecca,
Unfortunately, we don’t have complete control over which image Facebook chooses to show.
They should show an image in the post itself, or your blavatar or gravatar. You can try uploading larger images to your posts (Facebook ignores images under 200×200). You can also try setting a featured image; ideally, Facebook should look for a featured image before it looks for anything else, but again, sometimes it doesn’t:
Featured ImagesTo check which image Facebook is pulling for a given post, you can look up the post’s URL in their debugger here:

i need help with the Facebook widget. I tried to adjust the size & ever since then the width won’t change & its too wide on the page on the right or left hand side.
Also, I tried to insert this embed code into a widget & it keeps rejecting it?
Can we alter the code to make it compatible with word press.<iframe src=”http://www.thefuture.fm/embed/34296?autoplay=false&artwork=true&waveform=true&miniPlayer=false&color=0098ff” width=”100%” height=”168″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe>

Hi Rebecca,
The Facebook like box issue should be fixed now, and you should be able to save the narrower width.
