Post new posts and do not make them appering in index

If you publish any post, they will always appear on your front page.
Private posts are only shown to users who are Editors and Administrators (they must be logged in).
Another alternative is to create pages instead of posts.

Im allowed to have more than one blog?
Yes. The unique identifier here is the email address you use to register your username account with. If you want another blog registered under the same username then when you are signed into wordpress.com point your browser to http://wordpress.com/signup to register your new blog.
If you want ato register another blog under a different username then you will need to create a second username account using a different email address, and not the same one you used for the first username account.
This is the link to all the WordPress.COM support documentation for you to bookmark as you will use it frequently http://en.support.wordpress.com On that page you will find a searchbox that you can use to answer your own questions. :)
Happy blogging! -
“If you publish any post, they will always appear on your front page.”
Not necessarily: you can set your front to display a static page instead of your latest posts.
