  I have created about 15 new blogs but they are not reflecting on the web.the message states coming soon. Please check for instance africanstarupstory.wordpress.com

  Hi there,

  Al WordPress.com sites are created in Coming Soon mode by default.

  To make your site publicly accessible you need to launch it, and set it to public. You do this from Settings ->General:
