Post Not Displayed in Page

Why can’t my post ‘JAPAN (Osaka-Kyoto-Tokyo)’ be seen on my ‘Travel’ menu (which is organized via categories). It is already placed under the travel category. My other posts under the travel category can be seen, though.

This is because you have that post set as a sticky post, AND on the Travel category page that post only appears on the second page, if you scroll to the bottom and click Older Posts.
You’ll notice your two Melbourne posts that are also sticky do appear on the category page, but that’s because they appear on the first page there. This is a known issue, but not something we are able to fix at this time.
You can make it show up again on the travel category by either unsticking it from the front page, or by increasing the number of posts you show on a page so that post is no longer on the second page of the Travel category. Of course, that will only work until you publish more posts in that category, pushing the Japan post down again.
