  My post are not showing up on my page or dashboard post.

  They do post, and I get a URL, but can not access them any other way.

  You can access all your posts here > Posts > All Posts
  You can access all your pages here > Pages > All Pages
  You can go here > Appearance > Widgets and place a Recent Posts widget in your sidebar and also a Pages widget.
