Post not showing in reader

  Hi, I have a problem. I haven’t experienced this before but when I published my post I later realised that it isn’t showing in the reader. I had less than 15 tags/categories in total, so this isn’t the issue. I tried republishing it (which I know you shouldn’t really do, but I was trying to get to the bottom of the problem) and it STILL didn’t show up.

  Any ideas why this might be? Please help.
