Post not showing in reader for subscribers

  Recently moved blog from wordpress.com (letlifeinpractices.com) to self hosted (thesnowballeffect.com) and post are not showing in the wordpress,com reader for my subscribers.

  Please advice what I need to do to have post appear in the reader.

  Hi there,

  I just checked, and I confirmed that your posts are in fact showing up in the Reader for your followers.

  I also noticed that you have picked up a few new followers to your WordPress.com blog, so if you would like, I can move those over.

  If you know of a specific follower who is not seeing your posts in their Reader, please let me know their email address(es) for me to check. You can post a complete address here and our system will redact it so it won’t appear publicly.

  I’ve queued up the migration request to move these 8 followers over. They should show up shortly.
