Post not showing on Main Page

  I just posted a new Post: http://floridaliteracy.wordpress.com/2011/02/17/ruth-colvin-founder-of-literacy-volunteers-of-america-to-speak-at-the-florida-literacy-conference/

  It showed up via e-mail, RSS, and is available when selecting the category. However, it will not appear on the Main Page. I’ve reviewed the forums, and cannot figure this issue out. Please help!!!
