Post not to be found

    One of my posts has “disappeared.” It’s titled: Swiss Guards or Oompah Loompahs?” I even published it and it’s not showing. It’s not listed in the drafts, either, though I saved it.

    Hi there,

    That is definitely no good! In most cases where a post has disappeared it is because a post was made and then in the same tab of the same window, the person went back and went to work again on another post (usually after hitting the browser’s back button). This can result in the original post being overwritten by the new one and getting lost.

    The good news is that in such cases, all is not entirely lost! Especially if you saved the post as a draft, those drafts still exist, they just exist as drafts of that other post. What you will need to do is go through any posts which you might have made around when the post disappeared and see if any of the drafts are from the one which was lost. You can then use that draft to recreate the post!
