Post not updating the same as site using iPad app

Hello I hope you are well
How do I clear cache using iPad application. My posts do not update if I have done work on my Apple Mac at home updated and now go onto iPad… The site was updated but now the post is the older version. I updated the post and listed my newer version……. Is there a way of reversing this ?
