Post number allowed possibly not working

  My blog is lindastamps.wordpress.com

  I have my ‘show 2 posts at the most’ set up. I have 2 posts for March BUT my January posts are still showing up. At the bottom of my 2nd post, it says “Next” and shows my January posts.
  What am I doing wrong? I have searched the forum and it appears I am setting it up correctly.

  You are doing nothing wrong, that means posts on the homepage, not archives simpily delete old posts.

  No, deleting posts would be a shame, I think? You could mark them as private, lindastamps. Then you would be the only one who can read them…

  Um, that’s the way blogs work. Older posts don’t just disappear, they just roll over to the next page. If you had 4 posts for March, the newest two would be on the front page, the next newest 2 on the second page, and the third page would show the next newest two, which in your case would be January posts.

  Don’t delete your old posts.
