Post on page?

    Ive got my website/blog up and running but im stuck on a few things before I can actually publish it. Ive set up my pages and Ive imported posts from Tumblr but I dunno how to put those posts onto those pages if that makes sense?

    So if I had four pages titled Jade, Perrie, Leigh and Jesy and ive got posts on Jesy how do I manage to get them onto the Jesy page so people can see? Ive tried looking at the tags and all of the posts have tags but it doesn`t seem to work.

    This is baffling me so any help is appreciated.
