  my members asking me why they can not comment on my site through Word press reader,and I don’t have any idea.I just check it my parameters ,and it seems ok.

  Only sites that are hosted by wordpress.COM are capable of having that feature. Your site is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting.
