  My site is used to teach Vietnamese, so I really want to have my posts to posted with the oldest post first. I found a way with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/installation/

  But it seems like it can’t be available on wordpress.com :( Can you please add this??? Pleaseee

  There are certain workarounds you can use so your posts are available in chronological order. See this article by timethief: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2014/03/08/blog-posts-in-chronological-order/

  For option 2 you can also create regular page and use the Archive short code there to set up an index, instead of using a sticky post.
