Post Preview,
-
Hello
I have several questions to our blog:
How do I get the individual posts displayed as a preview when you click on the menu?
Is it possible to have the text “category archive: “xyz” that appears after clicking on a menu invisible?
How can I center the menu below the logo?
Why is there a sidebar when I click on an individual blog and how can I make it go away?
Is it possible to create a submenu where you only see posts that contain two categories? In our case for example only posts that have Melanie AND Make Up as a category?
Thank you very much for your help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not really sure what this means. Can you link me to another site that does what you want?

You can hide this using custom CSS:
.archive-title { display: none; }Add this to the CSS pane in your Customizer.

I’m not seeing a sidebar here:
Can you link me to a page where you’re seeing the sidebar?
Is it possible to create a submenu where you only see posts that contain two categories? In our case for example only posts that have Melanie AND Make Up as a category?
There’s no way to do this. You could create a category “Melanie – Make Up” or something like that.
Let me know if you have any more questions!

Thank you very much for your fast response and your help!
In this video at arround 6:25 you can see how they have a preview of their post, where you can click on “ready more”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaeJKm9_ixo
You can still see the side bar in “Über uns” and “Impressum”

Thanks for the video! You can add “Read More” links to your posts by adding what we call “More tags”. This will show you how:

You can still see the side bar in “Über uns” and “Impressum”
It looks like you have a set of widgets in the “Page Sidebar”. You can remove these in your Customizer. First, open one of those pages:
Then put your mouse of “My Sites” in the upper left corner. In the drop down menu, select “Customize”. This will open the Customizer on this specific page.
Open the widgets panel in the Customizer and click on “Page Sidebar”. Then you can remove the widgets there.
Let me know if I can help with anything else!

same for underneath the post when one opens it.And is it possible that all the posts load at once and one doesn’t have to click on “ältere Beiträge” (older posts)?
Is there a possibility that it will adjust the amount of columns to the width of the users screen?
And is there a way to change the colors of the submenus? where it now says “fabienne, melanie, jesca….”?
thank you so much

same for underneath the post when one opens it.Sure! You can do that with this code:
.entry-meta-footer { display: none; }Learning how to target your site’s CSS will help you make certain design and layout changes. Here are some very helpful posts that will help you customize your site with CSS:

If CSS is new to you, here’s a site we built for Press Publish that will help you hit the ground running with the basics:

And is it possible that all the posts load at once and one doesn’t have to click on “ältere Beiträge” (older posts)?
We can’t load all of your posts at once forever. Once your site has a couple hundred posts, doing that would cause your site to take a really really long time to load.
But you can increase the number of posts we load in a page in your Reading settings:

Is there a possibility that it will adjust the amount of columns to the width of the users screen?
This would technically be possible with some custom CSS. However, it will make your site less readable. If you’re interested in doing this, give the links above a look. :)
And is there a way to change the colors of the submenus? where it now says “fabienne, melanie, jesca….”?
You can affect the color of the drop down menus with custom CSS. After reading the links I gave you above, give it a try and let me know if I can help!

Thank you so much!
I just have one more question for now: I imported our old posts from our blog that we had on blogger. We now liked the blog on wordpress to our subdomain and I would like to delete our blog on blogger. If I do so, will our post that we imported to wordpress be deleted or are they saved?

If the posts are available on your WordPress.com site, you should be all set to delete your Blogger blog without any negative consequences! The posts you’re referring to are all shown on your posts page here, correct?
