  So, the image Facebook selects for other posts and pages depends on where and how you have uploaded photos to your site. By default, the featured image is the image that will be used from a post if one is uploaded. If there isn’t a featured image assigned, any uploaded images on the post could be used, with the images at the top of the post taking precedence.
