post preview as seen under tags/recent post page

i was wondering if there was some way to ensure photos would be seen in the previews instead of any accompanying text -after a post is published, and you are on a tag homepage like “art” or “music”, where all the recent posts are shown. I have tried putting text first, then pics, vice versa, mixed together, less text, larger pics, etc and nothing seems consistent.

If you are referring to posts as displayed on the global tags pages, I’m sorry but you cannot control whether an image is displayed at all. Also note that the posts in the most popular categories/tags are presented in a randomized display, as there are 25 million publishing about 7 posts every minute. Some bloggers assume the global tag pages drive lots of traffic to blogs, despite the fact that is not ture. have been here for 6 years and the traffic flow from the global tags pages to blogs is negligible. It’s Google that sends a significant flow of traffic to blogs.
