  Hi, Im getting the following error when trying to upload images ‘Post-processing of the image failed. If this is a photo or a large image, please scale it down to 2500 pixels and upload it again’

  How do I get this sorted. Please assist.

  It means the size of your photos is too large. What size are the photos you are trying to upload?

  They are between 5 and 9 mbs. We’ve uploaded such before, it’s only now that I’m facing this problem.

  Hello there,

  The message is referring to the size in pixels of the photo. You need to resize the photo so the resolution of it is lower than 2500 pixels.

  You can use an online tool like this -> https://resizeimage.net/ to resize the image. Use the fourth option after you upload the image.

  Also, I recommend uploading images smaller than 5mb as it increases the time it takes to load the page.

  I also get this error when trying to upload in featured image.
  I have tried to downsize using the tool above. But that did not work.
  The Image sizes are small to start with (14.9kb).

  I am facing the same problem, my images are not large, in a fact those are small images
