It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

I can’t publish post in WordPress. when I try it says “Updaitng failed. the response is a valid *JASON response.”

Hi there,
As helper-heroponriki explained above, your site is not hosted on our servers, so we don’t have any control over how the editor on your site works. Your site is connected to your WordPress.com account via a plugin called Jetpack, but that just allows you to manage your site from this account. The site itself is installed on your hosting provider’s servers.
Please ask the WordPress.org who makes the WordPress software for advice on how to troubleshoot whatever is causing this error.
