post published but still called a draft

Good morning
I have a bunch of published posts that still show up on the ‘ all pages ‘ page as drafts – is this because I’ve amended things on them after the original post?
– and how can I re-classify them as published, get the drafts cleaned up a little

here you go, this one was published (as you can see) on feb 19 – but it still shows up in drafts

Hi there, I checked that link and it does not seem that the post was published on your blog. It remained in the draft status. You are referring to “seven months in the gulf”, correct? So if you are logged into your WordPress.com account, you would be able to view this page as published: http://petebowes.com/2011/02/19/seven-months-in-the-gulf/
Other visitors to your site, however, will not see it (you can check it if you try that link while logged out of your wordpress.com account).
The solution is to go through your drafts section in All Posts, and then publish the ones that you want other people to see.

I called up all top posts all time and found that it had been posted 19 feb and had had 17 views – looks like a mystery

Hmmm, that’s interesting. Not sure I have a clear-cut explanation for this. Could you have published the post and then changed the status back to draft? Or perhaps the stats counted your own views for some reason?
It is still a draft, however, and not visible to normal visitors at this point of time. Same for all the other drafts – you would need to publish them if you want them to appear on your website.

sorry for my bad english language.Since yesterday, the stats counter is bad and it counted my own visits. I have just one user (my friend) et I am the administrator. SO i would like precisely know when he see my messages and there is a break down since yesterday aferternoon.

@lafilledumoulin: private blogs, which can be viewed only by users chosen by the administrator, now track the page views of all of their users. Please see this announcement for more details:
