Hi, I spend the night writing a new post, the autosave was ok, finally, i clic in “publish” post, but, when I saw the post, it was empty… I looked the autosave and only found one: the autosave when I created the post, empty too!
Please, help me.

Had you manually “saved” at least once while writing the post? I seem to remember that the autosave is activated after you have done one manual save.

No, I didn’t… I suposed that when I press the button “publish” I could see my post, i did before without any problem.
Thank you

Having lost a good bit of work in the past in several programs, I’ve sort of a save-aholic. My suggestion is that you title your post or page, type a paragraph or two and then do a manual save. I go a step further and anytime I stop for a break to think, or after I have typed a paragraph or two, I click save again.
The virtually foolproof way to take care of this would be to use a blog editor program such as Windows Live Writer (free for Windows users) or Ecto (for Mac and Windows, but not free). Blog editors actually save your work right on your computer and then when you are ready to publish, they will publish directly to your blog for you. The benefit is that you have a copy saved on your computer.
