post re-order plugin

  Hi,

  I am interested in displaying posts in a certain order that does not follow the order of date the post was created. Currently, there is support for displaying posts either as “sticky” or chronologically by date of creation. I would simply want to have a custom post order. A plugin is available for wordpress.org that does exactly this. It can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/. Your assistance in the matter will be greatly appreciated.
